It was in 1985 that Restaurant La Raclette opened its doors in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood. The Swiss owner and chef at that time desired that Montréalers discover the food of his country. Today, more then 30 years after the opening, chef-owner Martin Adam and his team are still busy preparing typical alpine dishes such as Raclette and Swiss cheese fondue, but also a variety of seasonal European dishes that will satisfy all palates.
