It was in 1985 that Restaurant La Raclette opened its doors in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood. The Swiss owner and chef at that time desired that Montréalers discover the food of his country. Today, more than 30 years after the opening, owner Martin Adam and his team are still busy preparing typical alpine dishes such as Raclette and Swiss cheese fondue, but also a variety of seasonal European dishes that will satisfy all palates.
