Holiday Group Menu

This is the only available menu for groups of 10 and more from December 1st to 30th. This menu is not available on December 31st.

For the month of December on top of our regular opening hours we will also be open on Wednesdays the 8, 15, 22, 29 and on Tuesday the 28th.

3 course : choice of appetizer, main, dessert 



Soup of the day
Deer tartare, fried capers, fresh herbs sour cream, croûtons and salted meringue
Salmon confit, caviar, cucumber and chervil cream, citrus mousse +2$
Seafood gratin, roasted cauliflowers and pickled red onion
Butternut squash and arugula salad, smoked cheese and pecans
Melted raclette cheese, regular or pink peppercorn


Fish of the day, pretzel crust, watercress and fennel sauce 
Zurich style sliced veal, cream sauce, paprika, wine, mushrooms
Guinea fowl breast, Israeli couscous and carrot butter sauce
Braised lamb shank, cauliflower velouté, pumpernickel crumble +2$
Wild boar striploin steak, pearl onions and bacon, and apple compote +2$
         Plate of melted Raclette cheese, potatoes, vegetables, cured meats or vegetarian
